From the dining room at Heatherdale to the promenade there is level access without any steps, with only the lip of the front door frame to cause any obstruction!

We endeavour to always keep an off-road parking space for loading and unloading.

The stairs to the !st floor has a substantial handrail on the right hand side and two 'landings', one after 5 steps the second after two further steps, (a right turn on each landing), before a further 10 steps to the first three bedrooms.

The stairs up to the second floor are similar but being 12 steps before the landing.

Of the 3 first floor bedrooms 2 have a step-in shower cubicle while the third has a bath plus overhead shower.

The second floor bedrooms offer the same facilities as above
